Important things you need to know before ordering.
All items pricing is in US Currency. Canadians has option to pay in CAD$
Please note that we only accept Paypal as the method of payment for the reasons as follows:
- Signing-up with paypal is free, fast & easy.
- With paypal you have the option to use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Cards, debit or your bank account to pay for your purchases.
- Receive your invoice right after your transaction including currency conversion in the amount you paid.
- Paypal iis one of the safest way to pay online.
- Your purchase is insured in case of loss or any transaction gone awry.
- Ease of refunding your money back to your paypal account if a case arise.
How to order:
Browse the items and read the descriptions carefully. Click "Add to Cart" another window will open to show your selection. If you want to continue shopping click "Continue Shopping".
Dress/Jacket/Jeans are mostly US or standard size as XS/S/M/L otherwise it is specified in the description box. Korean size are smaller than US or EUR size, check the size chart page for correct measurement. Then choose your exact size in the drop-down menu box. If you are still unsure of your size, email me you body measurement that includes the size of your chest, waist, shoulder, arm width, etc.
The next step is to fill-out the order form for your name, your shipping address and contact information, please provide the information correctly then click send. I will email you to confirm the availability of your selections. If your item is not available, or some items don't have your size, you may make a replacement or changes to you order at this point.
How to Pay:
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the following information to continue with your payment, as follows:
1) our email account address
2) your total amount payable
Proceed by signing-in to your Paypal account and click send money. Type our email address in the reciepient box and the correct US dollar amount as provided to you. Remember that we only accept US Currency at this time for Canadians you have the option to pay Cad Dollars.
Click send and your done! After that an email will be sent to us through paypal informing us of the payment. Once payment is received, I can then proceed with your orders. You should receive an email confirming the shipping date, name of courier as well as a tracking numbers for your reference.
Shipping:
Delivery time varies, this is sometimes indicated in the item description, if not I will confirm through email. Your package ships usually within 2-4 business days upon receipt of your payments. Pls. note that some Suppliers may not be able to ship orders worlwide due to restrictions as indicated in the item description. If this happen to be your case, I will email right away before you finish your transaction if not your payment will be refunded back to your account.
Please make sure you type your Shipping Address correctly to avoid losing your package. The Shipper is not responsible for lost mail due to erroneous address incurred by you. A tracking nos. may or may not be available depending on the delivery service you choose.
Delays in Transit/Missing Package:
If however, your package did not arrive within the specified delivery time, you may want to check first with your local post office if your package is being held for further inspection or duties/taxes to be paid. Nonetheless, your mailman should give you a notice to pay taxes should there be. To help you avoid paying these taxes, some Suppliers indicate "Gift" on your package, this however is not a normal practise to other Suppliers. In N. America, if a package amount is more than $100 US Dollars duties/tax should be paid. For other country, please check at your local post office regarding this matter.
Now, if it is proven that your package went missing, please contact us immediately and I will be here to assst locate your package or negotiate with the Supplier to get a replacement.
Returns or Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges may or may not be permitted by the Suppliers depending on a particular case, again this detail is included in the item descriptions where it wil say "Final Sale, No Returns & No Exchange". Please note that shipping charges incurred with your returns is solely borne by you. In some instances, a Supplier may offer a replacement of your order if it is no longer available. Information about returns or replacement may not always be available in the items description, however, I encourage you to email your questions before you submit an order.
WAIVER: Image 'N You is not responsible for lost or damaged package, it will be the sole discretion of the Supplier to replace or re-ship an item to you. However, I act as your agent and I will make sure that your purchase will always be pleasurable. I will communicate between you and the supplier to ensure fast and accurate delivery of your order. Also, I will do within my ability to provide you an accurate details and present the image of the item as closely as possible to avoid confusions or misunderstanding.
